JOB SUMMARY:

This position will provide premiere customer service to USALCO external customers across the United States, ensuring a positive, consistent customer experience with every interaction.

  • Order Management (PO Receipt and acknowledgement / Sales order entry into Ross / Revisions / Monitoring). Ensure orders are processed to meet customer requirements; partner with USALCO plants and Logistics to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
  • Extensive external and internal customer contact through order handling, problem solving and fielding general inquiries.
  • Developed understanding of order-to-cash cycle and revenue recognition requirements
  • Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerned with speed, accuracy, and consistency
  • Able to function in a team environment, providing back-up and assistance when needed, without being asked
  • This role is a hybrid position and candidate will be required to be in office 3 days and remote 2 days a week. You may be required to work across different US time zones

EDUCATION:

College degree strongly preferred but not required

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5-year prior experience within a Chemical manufacturing environment

Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred:

Continuous Improvement activities such as LEAN; 5S; Six Sigma; etc.

ERP experience such as Ross, FRQ or SAP

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Routinely sits 80 to 90% of shift

Be flexible with work hours to meet demands of operation
