Job Description:
Position: Healthcare HR (Full-Time)
Our Client is a leading healthcare company that is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients. We are currently seeking a Healthcare HR professional to join our team and assist in sourcing nurses for our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies for sourcing nurses.
- Conduct interviews and screenings to identify qualified candidates for nursing positions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with nursing schools and other healthcare organizations to create a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our HRIS system.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new nursing hires.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, specifically for nursing positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
