Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, seeing 30–40 patients per day, and will be an active contributor to a collaborative, patient-centered care model.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across a broad patient population
  • Prescribe medications and implement appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide patient education on preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the electronic medical records system
  • Adhere to all applicable medical regulations, laws, and ethical standards

Requirements:

  • Current NP or PA licensure and certification
  • Active Medicare and Medicaid licenses
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a primary care setting
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working at a high-volume, fast-paced outpatient practice
