Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, market research, customer service, and analytical skills. They will need to communicate with clients, build relationships, and promote the staffing agency's services. The Business Development Specialist will also need to identify new business opportunities, conduct research, and provide insights to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate needs and solutions
  • Experience in lead generation and market research
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Customer Service skills to effectively manage and resolve client concerns
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Demonstrable track record in sales and account management is preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for acquiring new customers
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products or services
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the sales process
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
