About the job Senior C++ Developer
We are seeking an experienced C++ Developer to design, develop and support software solutions in the field of Air Traffic Management.
Our client systems help air traffic controllers ensure the highest levels of safety both on the ground and in the skies. This is a hybrid role with an expected presence in the Bucharest office (3 days per week).

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize reliable, maintainable, and high-performance software solutions for Air Traffic Management systems;
- Ensure software complies with aviation safety and regulatory standards (EUROCONTROL, ICAO, DO-178C standards);
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and update deployed Air Traffic Management(ATM) software systems;
- Collaborate with engineers, testers, and stakeholders to translate operational needs into software solutions.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Software Development and Programming, particularly with C++;
- Expertise in Software Architecture and Software Design;
- Experience with big data platforms and familiarity with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL);
- Familiar with DevOps tools and technologies (e.g.: Jenkins/GitLab CI, Docker);
- Proficiency in Java/QT;
- Previous experience of working in Agile & SAFe methodologies;
- Knowledge of configuration and change management tools (e.g. JIRA);
- Knowledge of scripting languages: Bash, Python, Groovy etc;
- Knowledge of Linux & Git;
- Ability to understand and debate on complex technical issues;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
- Fluent and proficient in English.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
