About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with a portfolio of clients and help them get the most value from our software platform.

You will be the main point of contact for your clients, supporting them throughout their journey—from onboarding and training to ongoing guidance and issue resolution. Your goal is to ensure clients have a positive experience and successfully achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio of clients.
  • Learn about each client's business, goals, and challenges.
  • Help clients make the best use of the software by providing guidance and recommendations.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions and ensure new clients have a smooth start.
  • Train clients on platform features and best practices.
  • Keep clients informed about new features, product updates, and enhancements.
  • Increase awareness of available products, services, and new releases.
  • Respond to client questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gather customer feedback and represent the client's voice internally.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting clients.
  • Ability to understand and explain software products and technical features in a simple way.
  • Experience onboarding new customers and delivering product training.
  • Well-organized, able to manage multiple client relationships, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
