Role description:

As a sales manager, you will help define, drive, and achieve the annual sales target by coordinating and activating all outbound & inbound sales activity and associated people. You'll be in charge of the sales team, you'll proactively identify, approach and expand sales opportunities.

As a Sales Manager, you will achieve sales and performance targets through the effective coaching, development, and management of a team of Sales Accounts.

Profile : 

  • Experience in B2B sales, selling software and/or digital business-related solutions or services;
  • Good understanding of the iGaming industry and how personalization can make a huge impact;
  • Understanding of digital services, tech stack, and how online services work;
  • Proven experience achieving and exceeding targets within a previous Sales Manager position;
  • Experience in managing or leading others within a Sales environment;

  • Native-level or bilingual proficiency in English.

Heres what you need to do:

    • Being accountable for delivering sales revenue targets, ensuring high performing Sales Consultations which result in excellent lead-to-sale conversion rates;
    • Ensuring that your team delivers high-quality, technically accurate, and client-centric product demonstrations;
    • Identifying best practices from Sales Accountants across a range of performance metrics including low cancellation rates and coaching and mentoring your team accordingly;
    • Being accountable for seeking out opportunities to gain reliable and relevant local market insight that will assist in developing specific sales plans and better enable informed decision-making;
