Role description:

• Lead communication efforts and manage the team effectively

• Achieve and exceed the defined sales plan

• Identify and maintain best-selling positions based on sales statistics

• Oversee and ensure compliance with Franchising Brand standards and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in international franchising fashion retail

• Proven ability to manage a team 

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Highly organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented

• Reliable and conscientious work ethic

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Excellent command of English
