Role description:

The Production and Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of production and warehouse operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in production management, warehouse operations, and SAP.

Production Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Maintain SAP modules related to production planning (PP) and materials management.

Warehouse Operations:

• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and distribution of products.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and resources, implementing best practices for warehousing.

SAP Systems Management:

• Utilize SAP systems to streamline production and warehouse operations, ensuring data accuracy and real-time visibility.
• Train staff on SAP functionalities and ensure proper usage across the production and warehouse teams.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of production and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop staff training programs.
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without overstocking, using SAP inventory management tools.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to manage supply chain activities and optimize inventory turnover.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and obsolescence.

Profile : 

• Proven experience in production and warehouse management. 
• Extensive knowledge of SAP systems, particularly in production planning (PP), materials management and warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
