Role description:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and increasing revenue through customized freight forwarding solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure integrated service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients in the freight forwarding sector (air, sea, or multimodal).
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and partners.

  • Analyze client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions.

  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and carriers.

  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure efficient transport execution.

  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

Profile : 

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international logistics and supply chain solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business relationship skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
