Role description:

• Programming of Industrial PLC's such as Siemens, Omron, Beckoff, including Field Buses, Servomotors, integrated into Industrial Equipment or Machines.
• Knowledge of Robot Programming is desirable.
• Knowledge of Vision Systems Programming is desirable.
• Computer user skills: TIA Portal, Sysmac Studio, TwinCat, MS Office, etc.
• Driving license category B
• Good communication skills - English compulsory
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for flexible schedule
• Availability for travel in the country and abroad.
• Analytical, Sharp-Eyed, Creative, Proactive, Communicative, Teamwork.

Profile : 

• Develop both PLC Programs and peripherals associated with the equipment/machines, such as HMI's, Electrical Drivers, QR Readers, etc.
• Follow the Internal Guidelines defined by the Software Supervisor.
• Perform the Start-Up/Set-Up of the equipment/machines, both at our facilities and at our customers' facilities (this implies traveling to the customers' facilities).
• Collaborate with Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in the Project Definition.
• Prepare the Functional Analysis, paying special attention to devices and/or processes with complex functionalities or not previously developed in other projects.
• Develop the PLC Program and related peripherals.
• Use the internal "Template", to perform the Progress Follow-Up,
• Develop the Project documentation (User´s Manual, etc...).
• Participate in the Global Department and Project Specific Meetings.
