Position goal: The Country Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a specific country. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The Country Sales Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Role description:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Development of existing and new private label (commercial brand) products in accordance to the Partner demand in a close cooperation with the partner and the marketing
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Working on reaching the budget plans (quantity, NSV, profit) related to the dedicated partners
  • Company brands (Shelma, Prevital, Reno) representation according to 4P. Increasing of company share, benchmarking. Marketing and trade marketing actions according to the company plans
  • Cover all relevant sales channels, retail, pet specialists, e-commerce
  • Continuous negotiations with partners
  • Manage the sales coordinator function
  • Tracking orders and shipments, working close with customer service
  • Analyzing growth opportunities in the markets, reasons for wins/ losses (vs. competitors), progress of opportunities in relation to sales and NPD
  • Monitoring of receivables
  • SKU forecast
  • Partner store visits, tailor-made promotions; top performing sales activities and competitive advantage of sales and products

Profile : 

  • BA degree or equivalent in economics or marketing
  • At least 7-10 years relevant experience as a KAM
  • At least 3-5 years experience in sales in retail sector
  • At least 3-5 years brand management experience at a market leading FMCG companies
  • Experience in Category management
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good presentation skill
