About the job Key Account Manager- FMCG
Job Location: Bucharest (hybrid)
- Tasks and responsibilities:
-Working on reaching the budget plans (quantity, NSV, profit) related to the dedicated partners (Carrefour, Auchan, Mega Image).
-Company own brands representation according to 4P. Increasing of company share, benchmarking. Marketing and trade marketing actions according to the company plans.
-Continuous negotiations with partners
-Development of new private label (commercial brand) products in accordance to the Partner demand in a close cooperation with the partner and the marketing
-Tracking of orders and shipments, working close with customer service
-Monitoring of the competitors
-Price tracking on the market
-Analysing growth opportunities in the markets, reasons for wins/ losses (vs. competitors), progress of opportunities in relation to sales and NPD
-Partner store visits, tailor made promotions; top performing sales activities and competitive advantage of sales and products
- Profile :
-At least 7-10 years relevant experience as a KAM
-At least 3-5 years experience in sales in retail sector
-At least 3-5 years brand management experience at a market leading FMCG companies
