Role description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within our team. You will work closely with stakeholders, software development teams, and operational units to analyze, document, and optimize business processes. Your insights will drive the development of innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, user experience, and profitability across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business & System Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software development and IT projects.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis to assess current vs. desired system functionality

  • Support data-driven decision-making by conducting business and market analysis.

Project Coordination & Documentation

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to optimize user experience in gaming and lottery applications.

Testing & Implementation Support

  • Assist in the validation and testing of new software features and system enhancements.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvements.

  • Support change management efforts by ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Training

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users.

  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on new system functionalities.
  • Ensure clear communication between development teams, operations, and senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in gaming, betting, lottery, or fintech industries.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Experience working with BI tools, SQL, and data analytics platforms is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

  • Willingness to travel for business needs if required.

  • Fluency in English.
