Job Location: 100% remote in Romania

Job Profile Summary

As a Senior Developer specializing in Dynamics365 CE and Power Platform, you drive technical innovation and deliver robust solutions that transform our client's business operations. 

With deep expertise in development, you will lead by example, designing and implementing high-quality code, optimizing system performance, and ensuring scalability. 

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager of the Customer Solutions unit, your leadership will influence project outcomes, mentor junior developers, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence in delivery.

What the Job Entails/What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and implement complex solutions within Dynamics365CE and the Power Platform environment, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Lead the technical direction for project development efforts, setting coding standards and reviewing code to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team.
• Stay abreast of new features and capabilities within Dynamics365 CE and Power Platform, leading the adoption of innovative technologies and practices that enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
