Role description:

• You will work as part of a global team in the RTST (Regional Technology Services Team) organization. RTST drives business value through providing best in class technical, functional, and integration expertise for proprietary products. 
• You would be joining a company built and run by IT professionals who love what they do and enjoy sharing their knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm.
• Your primary responsibility is to implement Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and develop scalable, future-proof ERP solutions utilising Microsoft Cloud technology across various sectors.
• You will analyse specific business processes, identify bottlenecks, and convert them in business process flowcharts.
• You will configure desired modules within Dynamics Business Central.
• Ensure that the desired solution is delivered, tested and implemented.
• You will conduct presentations, training sessions, and user workshops.
• Your aim is to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• You actively contribute to the L&D processes within our organization.

Profile : 

• Minimum of 4-5 years as an ERP Consultant (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) or admin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.
• Fluency in English; Knowing at least some basic words in Dutch is a plus.
• Capable of offering knowledgeable advice to less senior colleagues.
• Proactive in identifying business development opportunities.
• Dynamics certifications and familiarity with add-ons are considered an advantage.
• Functional understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

Occasional travel to the offices in the Netherlands might be required (once or twice per year).
