Supply Chain Specialist

Job Location: Bucharest

Role description:

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing the supply chain and ensuring the smooth flow of products from suppliers to customers. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, managing transportation, and monitoring the overall supply chain process.

The ideal candidate:

• 3-5 Years experience in the supply chain;

• Experience with SAP MM/SD module;

• Advanced English and Excel;

• Experience with supply chain operations;

• Bachelor's degree;

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a proper spare parts supply for the company's central departments (Production, Service, Warehouse, R&D);

• Customs, Incoterms, Transportation activities;

• Maintain relationships with suppliers;

• Check the planning and create, and modify Purchase Orders in SAP;

• Approving official documents (Invoices, CMR, DVI, DVE, Debit/Credit note);

• Follow up orders and track deliveries;

• Traceability in SAP for materials movement;

• Organize transport from EU and NON-EU areas;

• Investigate backlogs and inconsistencies, and perform reports in Excel;

• Identify areas of improvement and recommend action plans;
