Role description:
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our Key Accounts Managers to enhance productivity and ensure timely delivery of daily tasks.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information about clients, market trends, and industry insights;
- Compile data from various sources to provide comprehensive reports and analysis for Key Accounts Managers;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date trackers, including client databases, sales pipelines, and project progress reports;
- Regularly update internal systems with the latest information to ensure transparency and efficiency;
- Assist in the preparation of detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for client meetings and internal reviews;
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data presented in reports to facilitate informed decision- making processes;
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and handling requests promptly and professionally;
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation, feedback, and approvals as required;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as production, finance, logistics, legal, and operations to gather insights and provide clear information on specific cases or projects;
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to streamline processes and resolve any issues efficiently.
Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support role or similar.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Language: English both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
