Role Overview 

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Integrator to join our engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and integration of IT infrastructures supporting air traffic management and other aviation-related systems.

You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and end clients to ensure systems are deployed according to strict performance, security, and regulatory requirements. 

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and deployment of secure, scalable IT infrastructure solutions; 
  • Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based servers and virtualization platforms (KVM, Proxmox); 
  • Automate deployment and operational processes using tools such as Ansible, Shell scripting, and PowerShell; 
  • Manage and maintain networking components (switching, routing, VPNs, firewalls); 
  • Ensure infrastructure compliance with security, availability, and performance standards; 
  • Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation in line with industry regulations; 
  • Support on-site installations and integration activities at customer locations; Participate in technical meetings with clients and internal stakeholders; 
  • Provide post-deployment support and produce intervention and service reports. 

Requirements

  • Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role, ideally in a civil aviation-related environment; 
  • Strong expertise in: Linux server administration, Virtualization technologies (KVM, Proxmox), Networking fundamentals and security, Infrastructure automation tools; 
  • Excellent technical documentation skills; 
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); 
  • Availability to travel internationally for on-site project activities. Travel intensity may vary depending on project phase and can reach up to 50% during deployment periods; 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; 
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues; 
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Experience working in regulated or mission-critical environments (aviation, transport, energy, telecom) is a strong advantage;
