IT Services Administrator

Job Location: hybrid in town

We are expanding our team in Timisoara and are looking for an experienced IT Services Administrator to join us.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration, with background in managing enterprise IT environments and supporting business operations through reliable, secure, and scalable IT services.

What is the responsibility of the roles?

Company-wide Infrastructure
-On-site hardware infrastructure management, including servers, workstations,
networking equipment, and related IT assets.
-Cloud-based systems overview and access management, ensuring availability and appropriate user access.
-Network administration, including firewall configuration, switching, and security management.
-Management and monitoring of VPN tunnels between company locations and external partners.
-Domain management, including administration, maintenance, and ongoing support.

Management of Endpoints and Policies
-Setup and deployment of endpoints using modern lifecycle management solutions, including Windows Autopilot.
-Centralized identity management through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
-Global user, role, and permission administration across all company systems.
-Implementation and maintenance of group policies, device compliance, and endpoint management through Microsoft Intune.
-Management of endpoint concepts and support for complex environments, including Linux-based systems.
-Software license management, including administration of internal license servers.
-Development and maintenance of automated rollouts, scripting solutions, and internal IT tools.

Management of IT Processes and Automation
-Modelling, documentation, and maintenance of all IT-related processes and procedures.
-Tracking, coordination, and management of IT activities and related tasks.
-Identification and implementation of automation opportunities within IT processes.
-Process automation and integration with other management systems to improve efficiency and consistency.

Requirements
-Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration.
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
-Experience with network administration, firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices.
-Good understanding of cloud services and hybrid IT environments.
-Experience with Linux systems administration is an advantage.
-Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) is highly desirable.
-Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
-Fluent English.
