About the Role

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a Network Security Automation project within a complex technical environment. The role focuses on test automation, backend/API validation, and networking-based systems. You will work closely with development and DevOps teams to ensure quality, stability, and scalability across security-focused platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions
• Perform backend and REST API testing
• Contribute to automation framework development
• Execute test planning, documentation, and reporting
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze requirements and define test scenarios
• Identify, track, and report defects
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Software QA / Test Automation
• Strong programming experience with Python (mandatory)
• Experience with REST API testing (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Strong experience with Linux command-line and bash scripting
• Experience with automation frameworks
• Knowledge of OOP concepts
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, Perforce)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Good English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cisco / Juniper / Palo Alto devices
• JavaScript or TypeScript knowledge
• Virtualization technologies
