  1. JOB OVERVIEW

This role is responsible for daily operational support, including ATM maintenance and monitoring, fraud identification and detection, ATM deployment, card services, and providing support to branches related to ATM issues.

  1. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide the daily support of card/application input to all branches.
  • Produce daily card embossing, card management, PIN mailer printing, and delivery.
  • Provide after-hours support to Card Service: blocking lost and stolen debit/credit cards
  • Manage card inventory
  • Provide support to customers related to ATM issues such as card capture and collection, incorrect PIN, and so on
  • Support UAT and bug/fix testing
  • Support the Manager of Digital to execute the ATM delivery plan & deployment promptly
  • Monitor the performance of ATM to ensure service up to 24/7, including hardware, uptime, and capacity
  • Actively & timely monitoring ATM risk detection and identification to minimize down-time, service interruption, and prevention
  • Register Terminal, Agent/Branch, and support ATM go-live
  • Notify the Manager of Digital suspicious and fraudulent transactions immediately
  • Provide periodic ATM maintenance and support to all branches, including daily cash transactions, audit trail, and reconciliation
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly transaction reports and others as required
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

  1. PERSON SPECIFICATION
  • At least Bachelors Degree
  • Experience with ATM & E-Banking for at least one year, especially card personalization, card embossing etc.
  • Excellence in English communication (both verbal and writing)
  • Experience with the banking sector is preferred.
  • Computer literacy in a particular Customer database, ATM Switch systems, ATM systems, networking, and other Electronic and Mobile banking technology
  • Quick comprehension, hardworking, and responsibility
