[Project-based] Data Encoder - Marikina City (Start on January 02, 2026!)

Position: Data Encoder

Key Responsibilities:

- Encode data from source documents into spreadsheets or databases as instructed

- Organize and maintain encoded files and records

- Review encoded data for completeness and obvious errors

- Submit completed data files

- Perform other related administrative support tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Proven experience as a data encoder or in a similar role

- Strong understanding of data entry procedures and guidelines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Available to start on January 02, 2026 and commit to the duration of the project

Location:

This position is based in Concepcion Uno, Marikina City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Contract Details:

This is a temporary, project-based position with a start date of January 02, 2026 to January 19, 2026. The duration of the project will be discussed during the interview process.
