About the job Bookkeeper - Quezon City


  • Document bank transactions, payments to suppliers, collections, and various other financial activities.
  • Enroll and submit the book of accounts in the BIR Online Registration and Update System (ORUS).
  • Ensures precise documentation within the accounting ledger.
  • Monthly reconciliation of accounts
  • Supporting compliance with BIR regulations
  • Maintains a comprehensive master list of service invoices, payment receipts, and check vouchers.
  • Generate a payment receipt for online transactions made by clients.
  • Prepare a summary and gather copies of BIR 2307.
  • Convert and arrange all accounting documents digitally, and upload them to Google Drive.

Job Qualifications:

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Knows how to use accounting software
  • Strong written and verbal communication

Education & Experience

  • A bachelors degree in accounting or similar is required
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting is required
  • CPA is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suites 

Package Details

Benefits: HMO upon regularization (Intellicare)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 4 days a week in the office, 8 am to 5 pm
Preferably residing near Quezon City.
