Accountant - Quezon City

Contract Details: Full-time

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Accountant to join our team at UPSKILL MNL, INC in Quezon City. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying discrepancies and recommending solutions

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies

- Prepare and submit tax returns and other government reports promptly

- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies and budgets

- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions

- Stay updated on accounting and tax regulations and make necessary adjustments to company processes and policies

- Train and supervise junior accounting staff as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- CPA certification is preferred

- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a corporate setting

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work location: Ortigas Center, Quezon City, Metro Manila

Salary offer: Php 30,000.00 per month
