About the job Operations Coordinator

• Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.

• Timely compliance with company and client directives (principal-initiated projects).

• Promote the client’s products or services in a professional but customer-friendly manner

• Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills

• Compliance to agreed client KPIs

• Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client representatives, and to the whole team

• Regularly attends company, client, and retail outlet-initiated meetings

• Establish outstanding relationship with the principal and the retail outlets

• Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to the objective of the team and priorities of the client

• Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel, client representatives, and retail outlets.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any course
  • Has experience being a Coordinator in any of these: Retail/Merchandising/Promotions
  • Able to use laptop and MS office for report creation
  • Able to use Zoom/GMeet or Teams for virtual meetings
