About the job Recruiter - Ortigas Center, Quezon City

The following areas of focus will be central to your role in this position:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates to fill open positions for different accounts.
  • Coordinating with the hiring supervisor and the Recruitment Team any possible concerns.
  • Identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
  • Conducting initial phone screens and in-person interviews.
  • Extending job offers to successful candidates.
  • Willing to take on new roles or tasks assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:

  • A minimum of two years of volume-sourcing experience
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related Business course
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to use an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • With background in being in a Manpower/Headhunter company is preferred
