Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the sales team
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in the ordering of supplies
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the sales manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Admin Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities
  • Has experience using SAP is an advantage

Contract Details:

This is a temporary position with a contract duration of 6 months. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The selected candidate will be based in BGC, NCR, Philippines office.
