Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to team members
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to increase sales
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and progress towards goals
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as needed
- Motivate and incentivize the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a two- or four-year degree in Business Management or any courses related
- With 2- or 3-years Experience or exposure in Manufacturing, Food Service Industry.
- Ability to demonstrate and uphold good leadership, delegate tasks, administrative management, and organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Documents, email reverting, etc.
- Has strong written and oral communication skills
- Meet clients from time to time
