Job Description: 

  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, including setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to team members
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to increase sales
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and progress towards goals
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as needed
  • Motivate and incentivize the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies and tactics

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have a two- or four-year degree in Business Management or any courses related
  • With 2- or 3-years Experience or exposure in Manufacturing, Food Service Industry.
  • Ability to demonstrate and uphold good leadership, delegate tasks, administrative management, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Documents, email reverting, etc.
  • Has strong written and oral communication skills
