About the job Sales and Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs any combination of following duties in the business
office of a commercial or industrial establishment: Furnishes workers
with clerical supplies.
- Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming mail, and collects, seals,
and stamps outgoing mail.
- Collects and distributes paperwork, such as records or timecards,
from one department to another.4. Immediately report any untoward
incident
- Marks, tabulates, and files articles and records
- Able to use office equipment correctly and flawlessly, such as
envelope-sealing machine, letter opener, record shaver, stamping
machine, and transcribing machine.
Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate or college level
- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City, on a full-time basis
Work schedule:
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday only, but sometimes need to work overtime on Saturdays
