About the job Operations Coordinator - San Francisco
- Ensure timely submission of administrative and commercial reports to the Operations Supervisor.
- Timely compliance with company and client directives (principal-initiated projects).
- Promote the clients products or services in a professional but customer-friendly Manner
- Train all front-liners in client product knowledge and product promotion skills
- Compliance to agreed client KPIs
- Consolidate and present team performance to company stakeholders, client representatives and to the whole team
- Regularly attends company, client, and retail outlet-initiated meetings
- Establish outstanding relationships with the principal and the retail outlets
- Align with the Operations Supervisor in developing the monthly Coverage Plan with respect to the objective of the team and the priorities of the client
- Monitor and safeguard all the equipment issued to all company personnel, client representatives, and retail outlets.
Job Qualifications:
- College graduate of any course
- Has experience being a Coordinator in any of these: Retail/Merchandising/Promotions
- Able to use a laptop and MS Office for report creation
- Able to use Zoom/GMeet or Teams for virtual meetings
Skills and Qualities:
- Pro-active
- Good communication skills
- With handling people experience
- Proficient in MS Office software or in Google Suite
