Marketing Support Associate

• Encode and maintain accurate records of all redemption submissions
• Verify and cross-check redemption data to prevent discrepancies
• Generate periodic status reports for the marketing and finance teams.

Warehouse & Activations Support

• Assist with booking, organizing, and dispatching materials, activations, and events.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of required items.
• Help with inventory checks, packing, and documentation for warehouse movements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least a college-level degree or a graduate with 2 years in any course.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic familiarity with messaging applications.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of proper filing and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Office-based work setup, hands-on experience
