Our current client is a newly established Bulgarian BPO company with a current on iGaming projects. On their behalf, we are looking for Account Managers, who are ready for new opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients (operators, affiliates, or partners).
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage day-to-day communication, ensuring timely responses and proactive support.
- Track client KPIs, campaign performance, and player activity through analytics tools.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
- Use data to recommend optimizations and business improvements.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth setup and system integration.
Key Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field;
- Previous Account/Affiliate Management experience;
- Near-native English proficiency (C2);
- Turkish language will be strong advantage;
- Deep iGaming ecosystem knowledge;
- CRM expertise and data-driven approach.
