For our client, a leading global provider of ground handling and cargo services for the aviation industry, we are looking for a dedicated Roster Admin with German, ideally with experience in workforce scheduling or planning activities.
We search for junior, mid-level, and senior team members who will be glad to join the rostering team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain monthly work schedules
- Act as the main contact for schedule-related questions
- Update schedules after publication (absences, vacation, training)
- Support vacation and training planning
- Contribute to process and system improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in workforce scheduling (aviation/ground handling experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of KPIs
- Fluency in English;
- Fluency in German;
- Strong IT skills: Excel, Outlook, MS Teams; Power BI and SP-Expert are advantages
- Organized, independent, and able to work under pressure
- Flexible with working hours if needed
