Our current client is an innovative fintech company serving small and medium-sized business clients across the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the UK. It provides easy and convenient in-store, online and on-the-go payment solutions to more than 200,000 businesses in over 35 European countries. On their behalf, we are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists with Greek language, who are willing to make the step to such an inhouse role and help the company grow further.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate via various channels with our European customers, providing information regarding our products and services.
  • Navigate through various system platforms to address and solve customer requests.
  • Maintain relationships with customers. Seek, collect and process customer feedback in order to minimize their satisfaction.
  • Constantly develop your knowledge of the products and services offered.
  • Support the liaising between clients and other departments in order to ensure prompt reply and higher satisfaction rates.
  • Work on shifts as well as on weekends and holidays.


Requirements:

  • Excellent command of Greek language (any of the following will be an advantage: French/ Italian/ Greek/ Spanish/ Portuguese or other)
  • Very good command of English (as a secondary language)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Good attention to details.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence
