Our current client is a leading Scandinavian transportation and logistics company with a strong presence on the Bulgarian market. On their behalf, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager who would be willing to join their team and support the local implementation of their global warehouse management system. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the migration and implementation of companys global Warehouse Management System (WMS) in Bulgaria, transitioning from the current local system;
Act as the local point of contact for the WMS, overseeing the integration and onboarding of new customers to the system;
Manage the project lifecycle, including specification management, change management, and feature enhancement requests in collaboration with the global development team;
Coordinate project activities across various teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of system implementations and upgrades;
Communicate effectively with global and local stakeholders to align project requirements and milestones;
Monitor project progress, make necessary adjustments, and ensure successful implementation of the system;
Continuously onboard new clients and partners in the long run and manage the systems integration process;
Provide support during peaks or staff absences, contributing to the success of local logistics and customer success operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
At least 3 years of similar project management experience, preferably in enterprise environments;
New software product implementation experience is a must;
Good knowledge of both classical and agile project management methodologies;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across international teams;
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Basic understanding of procurement terminology and workflows is a plus;
Fluent in written and spoken English;
Logistics background is not required, but a willingness to learn and adapt within the industry is essential.
