Our current client is an IT services company that specializes in providing top-tier Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. On their behalf, we are currently looking for an Accountant (Finance & Operations) on a hybrid model of work. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow analyses, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including variance analysis and financial commentary.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, costs, and operational results to support business objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial and accounting data within ERP and related systems.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and other accounting processes as required.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Maintain compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and support to internal stakeholders across departments.
- Support office administration activities, including office coordination, document management, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
- Coordinate administrative processes, support vendor and supplier administration, and assist with office-related procurement and service management.
- Support employee administration processes and assist with the organization of meetings, events, and other operational activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the continuous enhancement of finance, administrative, and office operations.
- Support audits and ad-hoc financial, operational, and administrative requests as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, finance, and office administration, ideally within an international or multi-entity environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
- Experience with month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office administration practices.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
