Our current client is a newly established Bulgarian BPO company with a current focus on iGaming projects. On their behalf, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist, who is ready for new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing ongoing data processing and preparing payroll statements related to the calculation of salaries and fees;
  • Entering and administering absences (leave, sick leave, unpaid leave, etc.);
  • Preparing and submitting declaration forms 1 and 6, as well as making corrections when necessary;
  • Checking and controlling prepared work schedules and attendance records;
  • Monitoring and applying changes in labor, social security, and tax legislation;
  • Preparing official certificates, income statements, and other reports;
  • Administering employment relations hiring, transferring, and terminating employees;
  • Maintaining communication with institutions NSSI, NRA, Labor Inspectorate, etc.;
  • Organizing and maintaining an archive of employment records and contracts.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Economics;
  • Very good knowledge and application of Bulgarian labor and social security legislation;
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and payroll software);
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong teamwork skills;
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position;
  • Experience with payroll software.
