Our current client is a global digital-first customer experience and business process outsourcing company.  On their behalf, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist, who is fluent in German and English, and ready for new opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming contacts over email, phone, or live chat;
• Provide a fast, complete and friendly answer aligned;
• Send out follow up emails for the customer when needed;
• Ensure the scripting of the call is added to his ticket;
• Escalate customers tickets to the correct internal teams, when needed.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both German and English language (B2/C1);
  
• Good communication skills;
• Openness to learning;
• Handle incoming contacts over email, phone, or live chat;
• Provide a fast, complete and friendly answer aligned;
