On behalf of our client, a leading international company in the textile industry, we are looking for an experienced Procurement and Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manages purchasing processes and supplier communication.
• Negotiates prices, contracts, and delivery terms.
• Coordinates logistics, transport, and deliveries.
• Tracks orders, shipments, and stock availability.
• Optimizes costs and delivery timelines.
• Ensures proper documentation and compliance.
• Works with vendors, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Prepares reports on costs, suppliers, and logistics performance.

Requirements:

• Experience in both procurement and logistics;
• Previous experience in a managerial role, responsible for processes and team coordination;
• Ability to manage two small teams – procurement and logistics;
• Experience with different types of suppliers and logistics companies;
• Experience with international transport;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to centralize and improve supply processes;
• Confident personality, able to implement new procedures and handle internal resistance;
• Results-oriented person who can take ownership and push things forward.
