Our current client is a newly established Bulgarian BPO company with a current focus on iGaming projects. On their behalf, we are looking for a Finance Manager, who is ready for new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of current financial processes revenues, expenses, payments, invoicing, and reporting;
• Communication with the external accounting firm and coordination of tax, payroll, and accounting operations;
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, budgets, and analyses; 
• Development of financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support management decisions; 
• Optimization of internal processes and control mechanisms;
• Maintenance and development of models and reports used for operational management;
• Preparation of financial documents, contracts, reports, and analyses for management.

Requirements:

• Experience in the iGaming industry;
• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; 
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a financial management role; 
• Excellent command of Excel and strong financial analysis skills;
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax principles; 
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking; 
• Very good command of English.
