Our current client is a newly established Bulgarian BPO company with a current focus on iGaming projects. On their behalf, we are looking for a Finance Manager, who is ready for new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Organization and control of current financial processes revenues, expenses, payments, invoicing, and reporting;
- Communication with the external accounting firm and coordination of tax, payroll, and accounting operations;
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports, budgets, and analyses;
- Development of financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support management decisions;
- Optimization of internal processes and control mechanisms;
- Maintenance and development of models and reports used for operational management;
- Preparation of financial documents, contracts, reports, and analyses for management.
Requirements:
- Experience in the iGaming industry;
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics;
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a financial management role;
- Excellent command of Excel and strong financial analysis skills;
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and tax principles;
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking;
- Very good command of English.
