Our current client is a newly established Bulgarian BPO company with a current focus on iGaming projects. On their behalf, we are looking for an Accountant, who is ready for new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing accounting of revenue and expense invoices, bank and cash operations, depreciation, and other related transactions;
  • Prepare and submit VAT declarations, journals, and VIES statements in accordance with the VAT Act;
  • Declare intra-community acquisitions (ICA), intra-community supplies (ICS), imports, exports, and related operations;
  • Participate in audits and inspections conducted by the National Revenue Agency (NRA);
  • Analyze and resolve complex tax and accounting cases;
  • Prepare annual and interim financial statements in compliance with applicable standards;
  • Support and review the work of accountants within the team;
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and analyses of trial balances.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Economics or a related field;
  • Professional experience: Minimum 5 years of experience;
  • Required skills and competencies:
  • Experience in the iGaming industry;
  • Strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility in meeting tasks and deadlines;
  • Excellent command of Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), as well as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and other Windows applications;
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
  • Experience with accounting software;
  • Personal accountability, initiative, loyalty, and confidentiality.
  • Language requirements: English.
