JOB PURPOSE
Primary
· Manage and drive multiple digital transformation projects from end to end including
project definition, success milestones & measures, finance, tender, external and internal
stakeholder engagements, and ensure smooth progress and delivery.
· Defines digital technology roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders,
business partners.
Secondary
· Participate in data infrastructure set up, assist in administering new data infrastructure,
data model and data sets in accordance with data governance standards.
· Act as assistant data custodian over one module and ensure accurate and useful website
data collection and ingestion for it; and become competent with its applications.
· Act as a Data Steward for organization’s data.
· Develop cost-benefit cases for new digital transformation initiative.
JOB CONTENT
1) Digital Transformation Project Management (70%)
a) Assist in defining digital transformation projects, success measures and timeline.
b) Evaluate project finances, IRR and ROIC.
c) Engage and evaluate 3rd party vendors for selection or tender process; prepare and call for tender where required.
d) Identify, engage and manage participants through AGILE process.
e) Communicate, manage and assist in resolving issues between requestors and implementers arising from projects.
2) Data Stewardship (15%)
a) Participate in setting up Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules.
b) Data stewardship over Salesforce data: familiarise with existing data content, context and business rules; and set directions for new ones in accordance with data governance standards.
3) Data Custodian (15%)
a) Assistant custodian for 2 main components.
b) Interaction Studio - Assist in setting up and maintaining website data tracking, collection, site-mapping, DB structure, data model and ingestion of product feed.
c) Marketing Cloud – learn and familiarise with customer segmentation, journey building/testing/refining and regulating across channels. (Audience builder, Journey builder, Ad studio, Email studio, Mobile studio).
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL
Education / Professional Qualification
Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
AGILE certification is an added advantage.
MBA is an added advantage.
Professional Experience
At least 7-10 years of work experience in digital/technology project management, digital marketing, database administration, internet and marketing/advertising technology and Internet of Things.
Complete understanding of Big Data life cycle, from databases to analytics including use of its tools.

IMPACT / ACCOUNTABILITY
The Digital Transformation Manager shall assist the MY dealerships in its digital
transformation journey in the capacity of a project manager. The role oversees projects
that will have an impact on both revenues and costs. It shall form collaborative groups for
projects and work in a highly matrixed structure. The role shall also influence others to
instill a new culture embracing digital transformation.
Apart from the Digital Project Management role, the person shall be familiarized with the
organization’s data because all the projects will lead back to mining the data at different
touchpoints. As a data steward, the role shall have responsibility over the quality and
reliability of the new data captured.
In addition, the role will be double up as an assistant data custodian for one or more of the
new Salesforce modules initially. This secondary responsibility helps the project manager
develop depth with the technology and its applications for the new digital projects to be
managed.
