About the job Branch Admin Assistant
Location : Kuching, Johor, Kota Kinabalu
Preferably : Female, Chinese speaking
Salary range : RM2,400 – RM3,000 (depends on the experience)
Interview date : Immediate
Working hours : 5 days a week
Headcount : 3 (each location 1 opening)
Responsibilities
· Manage daily operation of the branch
· Manage administration system in real estate field
· Assist management and implementation of administrative and facilities functions
· Assist in sales activities administration
· Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
· Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
· Assist in other relevant ad-hoc when necessary

Requirements
· Computer literate, fast learner and independent
· Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office / Google Office products
· Candidates must possess at least SPM or Certificate in any field
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
· Problem Solving
