About the job Corporate Finance Specialist
Responsibilities
1. Support Head of Department in corporate finance and strategic planning.
2. Evaluation, structuring and execution of merger, acquisition, disposal, financial and restructuring transactions.
3. Build financial models and perform sensitivity, risk, and valuation analysis on different scenarios of a transaction.
4. perform a range of analysis that will include business analysis, competitive analysis, and comparative valuation.
5. Responsible for preparing presentations and documentation when required.
6. Be involved in investor relations matters
7. Be involved in the execution of projects related to the corporate finance matters.
8. To prepare reports and analysis when requested.
Requirements
1. Degree/Professional Qualification in Finance and/or any applicable qualification
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience in a related field.
3. Exposure to financial modelling, valuation, industry & financial analysis, regulatory requirements.
4. Good presentation and writing skills.
5. Positive, resilient, proactive, with problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional attention to details combined with strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and strong follow-up skills would be an asset.
