Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior management to develop policies and procedures, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for HQ and country offices
  • Manage human resource related matters including hiring, onboarding, termination, recruitment, fringe benefits as well as employee relations and organizational policy
  • Work with staff to ensure proper administration of benefits and allowance, payroll data and changes employee information
  • Motivate staff performance and professional development
  • Develop skilled managers and mentors and exercise sound judgment in the hiring, promotion, transfer and termination of staff.
  • Oversee annual performance evaluations including the development of job descriptions, salary scales and fringe benefit market surveys
  • Monitor and advise on all changes in labor laws
  • Carrying out other tasks as assigned


Requirement

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related discipline; Master’s degree will be preferred.
  • Solid experience and knowledge in local HR practices and statutory requirement
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and analytical skills
  • Able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Possess relevant working experience in SEA countries
  • Broader international experience is a bonus
  • Good working knowledge of employment laws across SEA
  • Competent in managing disputes/performance processes
  • Experience in interacting with c suite
  • Experience designing and implementing processes (e.g appraisals)
  • Experience designing and developing recruitment plans
