About the job (A) Senior Procurement Representative
What You Will Do:
P2Pa Process:
- Initiate harmonized Procure to Payment (P2Pa) process in Asia Pacific
- Understand global Procure to P2Pa process & local P2Pa process
- Propose the optimized P2Pa process for each country
System Configuration
- Working together with Global technical Procurement Lead, give input into Oracle configuration for Procurement.
- Communicate local requirements or country process gaps and escalate to Global Capability Leads when required for resolution through either standardization or customization
- Align the proposed P2Pa process to Oracle ERP Process
- Perform Unit and Integrated testing and Coordinate User Acceptance testing – take standard processes and run end-to-end testing for core ERP and any key SC interfaces (i.e. Advanced Planning Systems or GSI)
- Provide Hyper-care and continue as SMEs / LU post Go-live
KPIs/ Reporting
- Set proper / monitor Procurement KPI (Key Performance Indicator) in Oracle
- Identify Reporting Requirements and appropriate reporting platform.
Change Management: Communicate all changes properly
- LER (Legal Entity Rationalization): Oversee novation process for each relevant LER country
- Supplier communications: Phase 1, 2 and 3 for each Wave
- Employee’s communications
- Identify resource constraints and work to resolve
- Provide regular progress updates to SC Project team and Oracle Global Capability Leads
- Coordinate Country User Training programme, Assess Readiness and co-ordinate Go-Live Activities
Data Management:
- Coordinate Data Conversion and Master Data cleansing activities
- Blanket Purchase Agreement Creation
- Provide data input for Procurement attributes used in other functions such as Planning & Logistics
Others
- Interface between GSI/Workday and Oracle
Education/Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in procurement
