(A) Solution Quality & Acceptance

Head of Solution Quality & Acceptance 
· To align test teams within an organization and how his/her team would achieve the roadmap identified for the project and the organization.

· To identify the scope of the testing required for a particular release based on the requirements of the document.

· To put out Test Plan after discussions with test team and have it reviewed and approved by the Management/ Development team.

· To identify the required metrics and work to have them in place. These metrics could be an inherent goal for the test team.

· To identify the testing effort required by calculating the sizing needed for the given release and plan the required effort for the same.

· To identify what skills are required and balance the test resources accordingly with those needs based on their own interests as well. And also identify if there are any skill gaps and plan for training & education sessions for the identified test resources.

· To identify the tools for Test Reporting, Test Management, Test Automation, etc. and educate the team on how to use those tools.

Job Specification
· At least Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology
· Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
· Strong in Automation Testing Technologies
· Strong knowledge in Java, Perl, Python and Node JS Programming Language
· Strong knowledge in HP Load Runner, Bash and Visual Basic
· Good Knowledge in Visual Basic .NET, MSQL Sever 2000, EJB 1.1, Java Beans, T-SQL,
   Weblogic Application Server, JBuilder 4
· Experienced in Javascript, Mango DB, Java Server Pages, Java Servlets, Oracle 8i, XML, ASP
· Experienced with cloud and virtualization technologies in Linux environment, such as CentOS, Ubuntu, Virtual Box, Docker and Kubernetes.
· Experienced with Big Data platform such as Cloudera/HortonWorks Hadoop is a plus
· Experienced in architecting, develop, plan and implement keyword end to end test automation framework
