1. Candidate must have hands-on experience in account
    consolidation as this is a role to take care of finance operation,   
    The candidate is not required to do handson however, he must
    have the past working experience to backup his expertise. 

2. Candidate must be familiar with Bursa requirements (prefer
    someone who worked in public listed company) 

3. Candidate must have  experience in risk management, and know
    how to review on commercial agreement

Job Role:

1. Responsible on all spectrums of the integrated finance functions, including operational finance, corporate finance, treasury and taxation.
2. Review all monthly management accounts, and any announcements, and Quarterly statutory reports in line with requirements of a Public Listed company.
3. Improve the finance departmental operations and ensure timeliness, accuracies and efficiency in all the tasked deliverables.
4. Work closely with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and tax authority.
5. Provide stand-in support services to departments under the extended Finance departments, namely Credit, Treasury and Purchasing.
6. Participate in any integrations of Operation system to the Financial ERP system.
7. Review of commercial agreements.

Requirement:

1. Have minimum 6-8 years' experience as Finance Manager, prior working in a Public Listed Company
2. Possess ACCA / CIMA / MACPA and Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
3. Good leadership and attention to details
4. Good working experience / proficiency in ERP system usage and system integrations.
5. Good commercial acumens and good compliance oriented in operational internal controls and other statutory compliances.
6. Good legal understanding of commercial and business risk.

Remuneration Package:

Up to RM18,000 (basic salary)
