Senior Manager HR-Restaurant Chain (Base in Subang)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Talent Management department which includes talent acquisition, retention, and development. This includes managing performance, employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing talent management strategies, policies and programs aligned with the Company's business goals and objectives.
  • Identifying, developing, and retaining high-performing employees
  • Manage Employee Performance including performance management process of goal setting, performing evaluations, providing individual feedback, and coaching
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce, including leadership development programs to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
  • Support employee engagement programs, employee relations, industrial relations, advise on Employment Law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies etc
  • Work together with Group HR to implement human resources policies, programs, and practices. Effectively manage special projects assigned in HR area in line with the project deliverables and manage all stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are communicated effectively

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years HR generalist experience with more than 3 years in Talent Management specialist role
  • Solid experience and knowledge in local HR practices and statutory requirement
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and analytical skills
  • Result-oriented, independent, and driven
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, develop recommendations for actions based on the analysis
